Liability and Entry Agreement

Our Responsibility:
At Doo Doo Kids Cafe, our team promises to keep things safe, fun, and friendly, handling all activities with care and skill. However, please remember that some activities naturally come with a bit of risk, which could potentially lead to injury. By visiting, you accept and understand these risks.

Your Responsibility:

• Supervision: Kids must always be supervised by an adult (18+). Supervising adults agree to take responsibility for kids’ actions and any related costs, like accidental damage.
• Socks & Hygiene: Everyone must wear socks, and please wash your hands before and after playing. Sanitizer is available at the entrance and throughout the cafe.
• Play Gently: Do not rough play, run, or bring toys like ride-on cars into the ball pit. Please treat our equipment carefully—if damage or mess occurs, a cleaning or replacement fee may apply (fees may start from $200).
• Safety First: No climbing, leaning, or jumping on play structures if they’re not meant for that use. Avoid sharp items like watches, jewelry, or jeans with studs during play.
• Respectful Behavior: Rude or aggressive behavior is not tolerated. Please be courteous to everyone.

Health Guidelines:

• If you or your child feels unwell (even slightly), please refrain from using the play areas and exit the premises.
• If you’re under the influence of alcohol or any drugs, or have an infectious illness, please do not enter.

Other Rules:

• No outside food or drink, except baby food and water bottles.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in play areas to keep things clean.
• Use the designated changing room for diapers.

Waiver Form:
When entering Doo Doo Kids Cafe, we recommend that guests sign our waiver form to acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you choose not to sign but still proceed into the play area, this will be considered as your agreement to all terms listed here, helping avoid any future disputes.

Legal Agreement:
By entering Doo Doo Kids Cafe, you agree to follow all our safety guidelines, and you release us from liability for injuries resulting from normal play or any misuse of the equipment. Our team reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if necessary.

Privacy:
We value your privacy and follow Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
