Doo Doo Kid Indoor Playground Policies

Welcome to Doo Doo Kid, where fun and safety go hand in hand! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following policies:

1. General Policies

• Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Doo Doo Kid staff are present to ensure safety and maintain the facility, but they are not responsible for individual child supervision.
• Age Restrictions: Our play area is designed for children aged 1 to 12 years. Please ensure that your child plays in the appropriate areas designated for their age group.
• Health and Safety: If your child is feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting the playground until they are fully recovered. This helps us maintain a healthy environment for all guests.
• Footwear and Attire: For safety reasons, children must wear socks at all times in the play area. Shoes are not allowed on the play equipment. Please dress your child in comfortable clothing suitable for active play.
• Food and Drink: To prevent accidents and maintain cleanliness, food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas. Please ensure that children wash their hands before and after eating.
• Behavior: Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We encourage a friendly and respectful environment where all children can play safely.

2. Safety Rules

• Equipment Use: Please ensure children use play equipment appropriately and as intended. Misuse of equipment can lead to injuries.
• Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of Doo Doo Kid staff. Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits upon arrival.
• First Aid: Basic first aid is available on-site. Please report any injuries or accidents to a staff member immediately.

3. Facility Policies

• Admission: Entry to the playground is subject to capacity limits. We recommend booking in advance during peak hours to ensure availability.
• Personal Belongings: Doo Doo Kid is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings secure and with you at all times.
• Cleanliness: Help us keep the playground clean by disposing of trash in the provided bins and reporting any spills or hazards to staff immediately.
• Photography: To protect the privacy of all guests, please avoid taking photos or videos of other children without their parents’ permission.

4. Special Events and Parties

• Bookings: Party and event bookings must be made in advance. Please contact our staff for availability and packages.
• Decorations: Only pre-approved decorations are allowed. Please consult with our staff regarding decoration policies.
• Cancellations: For cancellations or rescheduling of parties or events, please notify us at least 1 week in advance to receive a full refund.
